1. Sonalika Jewellers has developed this Website for wholesale purchase of Gold, Diamond, Silver, and gems stone Jewellery for the firms, who runs a jewellery business.

2. The user eligible age is minimum 18 years old, who is involved in to a jewellery business and has rights of purchase/order stocks in their own company.

3. The user must have GST certificate and PAN card for the registration of our website.

4. Without registration and advance payment, the order will not be placed and considered.

5. We are able to sell our products and serve our clints all over the world (nationally and internationally), in case of international sales the user/clint need to provide the passport, local residency proof and local business registration certificate.

6. GST, Custom Duty, Insurance, Logistics, and any other taxation will be charged to the purchaser according to their geographical location.

7. The company will dispatch the parcel only after full payment received from the client.

8. The company gives after sales service for the betterment of our clients on minimal charges.

9. The company will give free exchange or free service if any manufacturing defect detected, but not considered the defect from logistics/transport, although we will take responsibility of good packaging.

10. The company offers 90% exchange value and 80% buy back value on the price sold, only on the products in condition of sale, and not used.

11. The product pricing will change according to the market current price of selected products, which can be Gold, Diamond, Silver and Gems stones Jewellery, at the time of order placed, and the jewellery price will be missioned in INR (INDIAN rupees).

12. Once the order is been placed the advance amount will not be refunded.

13. Manufacturing and Delivery time of the order placed will be 15-21 days, depending on the product designs and quantity, and logistics time is separated, will be calculated according to the clients geographical location.

14. Logistics partners will be BVC Logistics and Sequel Logistics, in convenience of our clints.

15. If the delivery of our products has been stuck in any customs, logistics, or any government entity the clint is responsible to release it, not Sonalika Jewellers.

16. The clint can track the placed order by contacting us in working hours, on the provided contact details, if any queries, clint can also email or call us.

17. The products will be certified by the BIS Hallmark for Gold and silver, IGI for Diamond and Gems stones.

18. We request the user to please do not copy our product designs or any other details provided in www.sonalikajewellers.com, for any other production or use.

19.  Sonalika Jewellers is not responsible for any kind of fraud faced by the clint on the name of our company or website.
